Internet-connected TVs start to take off. Soon every TV will have built in Wi-Fi, webcams and microphones.
Some brands are taking note. In the CES 2010 trade-show, Panasonic and LG announced they are integrating the free online calling service Skype into their Internet-connected HD TV sets.
Soon people will be able to conduct free, live video chats and phone calls from their living room or conference rooms if they are business.
Remember the expensive, low quality, crappy Polycom video conferences, at 384 Kbps at he most, over ISDN? Fortunately they are gone.
I gave last year a tele conference and for one hour I was billed almost $400!
